sedih untuk melihat kecuaian yang berlaku mengakibatkan bahaya bagi nyawa si kecil..

?Kecuaian doktor mahupun jururawat is definitely a mistake that could risk a life even worst come to worst case scenario it can cause death..but as a human being we are not excluded from the words "to err is human"..we do cry when we did a mistake..even it can affect us days or months..not because we dont cry in front of the patient/parents we dont have empathy ..we did..we used to have scar(s) deep insid. At any given time,we will find our spirits at their lowest when things go wrong.

Of course..Everyday is a big day for us..we greet peoples, treat peoples, care for them. Anyday they can come to us for anything, everything or just to get that thing checked out. Big, small and yes..It's an everyday for everyone..because it is what : who we are?..'we are paid to care' - for them at least- but actually we are more than that..it is our passion and duties..

not all of us understand the above cartoon's joke..it is universally adopted in the West but probably not by us.
Selama 7 tahun bekerja macam2 dah di lalui..baik pahit getir masalah pesakit mahupun kerenah staff sendiri..but lately i have an ill-feeling when it comes to the news that revealed in papers and mainstream news..rakyat Malaysia sebenarnya masih x sampai tahap lagi untuk menilai sesetengah perkara dengan baik. They wont suspend their judgement once they read on what those reporters mentioned in the papers.

berbeza apa yang berlaku di UK or US..they do mention it the papers but the way the reporters produce the stories are really helpful for the readers to find a better judgement.kadang2bila kita baca pun kita xtahu 'sape salah' or 'dapa baik sape yang jahat'.

i totally dont agree with such ideas like this.sepatutnya kena ada panel menyiasat kenyataan2surat khabar yg kadang2 hanya mencari nilai pulangan publisiti..yes,rakyat ada hak untuk mengetahui..tetapi hak untuk mengetahui details n perkara yang benar..bukanlah menafikan hak pembaca suratkhabar untuk percaya berita yg disampaikan tetapi adakah isu yg diketengahkn merupakan sesuatu yang bermanfaat..

and for us,of course we do learn a lot from this kind of problems.it is a 'wake up call'..that won't happen unless doctors and nurses are willing to admit to their mistakes. That can be psychologically tough for some of us..but i believe that the word 'sorry' itself sometimes can be a great solution..with God's willing..

After all, i realised that's the power 'if u dare to care means u dare to cry'
