celebrating gastronomy 1.0

from now on..i will start to create some entries based on food e.g food technologies,great gourmets,modern meals invention and etc..but more importantly it is a part of our richly enherited traditional delicacies..for today's entry i will bring a 'clear' pictures of what terengganu peoples like to eat..for them to celebrate their morning gastronomy and delight their delicate palate..so enjoy these pictures and make ur own imagination..huhuhuhu...


kedai ni located just after the simpang of the masjid Raja Chendering(and be careful this is not the same kedai which famous for the RM45 kepala ikan tu..kedai ni lepas sikit jer kedai tu kalo dtg dr arah bandar..)



makan keropok dulu sebelum main dish...ni kira entry la..(see siap ada price tag kat tisu : RM1 = 5 sticks)

teh tarik "ping" : ping means ais in Tganu(i believe somewhere else also shares the same nama).


fuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...see the white rices with colorful topping of nicely cut vege.

eating with an expert : she knows a lot about the standard of the food..of course since she tastes it using her heart..


nampak x minyak tu..berkilat..hahahaha

kepala ikan ayer is not a 'must' ..for a young generation of Tganu people like me thinks it is overrated actually...


see..how fast we able to finish it..
so that's all for this entry..maybe as an intro version for Tganu delicacies that can celebrate your gastronomy..huhuhu..

    Talking about Terengganu delicacies - i never liked nasi dagang. My opinion was geared for a 180 degree turn, however, when one day i got the chance to taste nasi dagang made by Raja Farah's mother. I guess it was the taste of love i was actually experiencing. That's why homemade meals are always the best.
