Ok jugak mengarang blog..aktiviti masa lapang agAk jelas nk buat apa,at least..iaitu menyediakn draft blog..ini termasukla kalo petang2hujan xdpt jogging..or mlm2 xde dokumentari best kt astro..or selera mkn terencat di waktu mlm2 xtahu nk tuju kt mana..xpun kalo time mcm ni tgh tunggu
Draft kali ini menceritakan kisah seorang ayah..semasa tgh aku eyeball the patients time oncall kt NICU(ABG round dh setel..earlier than expected..huhuhu)..adala 'pemuda' ni ..tgh melawat anak dia sambil senyum2.then i approached him..
Ayah : "Doktor.".(sapa dia lembut).
Aku : ..angkat tangan + senyum..tak kata apa2..
Ayah : he started a conversation "mari hanto susu doktor"..sambil tunjuk gajuk and few small containers inside it which contained the expressed breast milk..(gajuk:plastic bag)
Aku : (aku memuji2 la sikit)"bagus ayah dia."(anaknya premature 28weekers twin plop tu-sorang dh discharged-ni yg tinggal ni masih kt ward awaiting the weight to be satisfactory to be discharged).
Ayah : "tapi doktor saya xpastila doktor utk hanto susu pasni.. saya mmg susoh nak mari sebab sy org susah..ni mari dgn moto redah hujan..mmg nk bawak mak dia pun sy lagila xboleh bawak."
he sounded so sad..i can see the frustrations of his feelings.
Aku : "xper ayah dia..kt ward ni kami jaga..susu formula la kami guna kalo xde susu ibu.. n bg supplements..nk buat mcmana dh susah utk ayah nk datang"- im totally agree with him.
Ayah : "ni anak saya ke 7.. 5 sebelum ni..so dpt twin ni 2..tp pasni xboleh ada dah..saya xmampu..isteri pun dh 'ikat'(BTL).."
Aku tengokla ic masing2.-as the father looked so young for me- his age is early 40 n the wife is 30..WHATTTTT??
Mak ai..cepatnya..there are some consequences if we carry out the permenant method of contraception.-there will be no turning back road for her particularly,and NOT him-but im sure they did think it over for this issue.
Ayah : "saya doktor..darjah 5 dh bkerja nelayan..skrg pun masih nelayan..tp hujan ni seminggu x pi ke laut.saya ni awok2 jer.gaji dpt kalo kelaut ..mcmana nk bg anak saya makan kalo ramai2.."-tp gaya dia ckp mcm org yg masih muda sbb he is still 'belia'-aged.(awok2 : pekerja bawahan dlm nelayan)

Ayah : "telAga Daeng..seberang takir.."
Aku : "xperla ayah dia ..nanti kita cubala utk bg berat dia naik cepat sikit"..ayat mengakhiri perbualan..xper ayah dia..pasni kalo rasa nk mari bandar bwkla sekali susu n singgah hospital".
It is important for prem baby to gain weight well..the faster the better..since smaller the baby,higher the 'cost' to be spent on them..sure kita tahu hari ni brg2baby lg mahal bbndg brg2dewasa..lg kecik pampers lg mahal harganya..
Aku pun beredar pergi.sambil berfikir..it is so common for us tp hear such similar "bersamamu-like" story like this..but i never know that it causes major decision to be made by the family..especially the parents.aku tinggalkn dia yg borak2dgn staffnurse..
I understood how the 'climate' changes their life..i have experienced this before..being brought up at Kampung Duyung as my late grandfather-maternal side was also a fisherman.and even worse he just owned a small boat without any safety equipment..went out to the sea each dawn to fish.
Memang susah hidup nelayan..orang tu alami,orang tu rasa..mmg la mkn ikan setiap hari tp kualiti yg bagus utk dijual yg ada di rumah yg dh kira rejected..
Kt tganu pulop public transport system makes the condition worse..nowadays i hardly see any "bus mini" services that go to n fro from the city centre to other remote areas in kuala terengganu..or probably the ruling government has abolished it.im not sure..but if that's so..it is a stupid decision since some of terengganu people are not affordable enough to have a 'big' car like them...natijahnya ramai yg xder access ke hospital..Bilerla public transport system kt tganu ni nk btmbh maju..pikirla utk rakyat.

Bagi saya la, insyaAllah rezeki tu ada kat mana2. Kalau tak kelaut, mungkin ada kerja lain yang dia boleh buat. Anak ni Allah dah janjikan rezeki masing-masing. InsyaAllah..kalau anak ramai ni, kita sebagai mak ayah didik depa elok2, ada saham tuk kita kat akhirat kelak. Susah pun takpe. Susah masa kecil ni je. Doa anak-anak untuk mak ayah tu..... Allah..kalau la dia boleh fikir panjang sikit.
ReplyDeleterugi la kalau muda lagi dah decide tak nak anak. 7 tu memang dah ramai. Tapi the more, the merrier right? Satu lagi...anak ni kan anugerah Allah..buat apa kita nak sekat anugerah yang Allah nak kasi kat kita, melainkan kalau memang terpaksa sekat atau bahayakan nyawa ibu ke.. Allahualam la.
